I purchased coenzyme Q10 after pondering it for quite some time, aiming for a better morning wake-up. Although I've used Eucerin cream and other Q10 products, this was my first experience with a supplement. I discovered that it's advisable to avoid taking it on an empty stomach with vitamin C, so I take one tablet alongside Natural Factors Time Release Vitamin C after dinner. While the change isn't dramatic, it has helped me rise smoothly on chilly mornings, allowing me to get going promptly. Moreover, it has positively affected my mood during challenging periods with premenstrual syndrome. I believe it also alleviates evening fatigue. The vitamin C contributes significantly as well, and I'm delighted that my skin's condition has improved and stabilised. I shall continue taking it.
